Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms 

A deposit of 50% must be made and confirmation issued by Ray of Sunshine Adventures before binding  any contract exists. Once we receive your deposit, we will invoice you the remainder of the tour cost.  This must be paid not less than 45 days before travel or the tour start (Or an alternative agreement  between you and Ray of Sunshine Adventures). If you book less than 30 days before departure, you  must pay for the full tour as soon as you book, unless you make alternative arrangements with Ray of Sunshine Adventures. 

Child Policy 

∙ Children aged 12 years and above are charged the adult rate 

∙ Children aged 11 and below are charged child rate 

∙ Children aged 3 years and below are free of charge on most activities and accommodation ∙ Some activities may not be child friendly – Please check age restrictions with Ray Of Sunshine  Adventures before confirming the booking 

∙ Some activities and accommodation may charge the adult rate for children – Please check with  Ray of Sunshine before confirming the booking 

Cancellation Policies 

As we are acting as agents for numerous accommodation and activity suppliers we are bound by their  cancellation policy which can differ. We have detailed our cancellation and refund policy below. Please  read them carefully and ensure that you are satisfied with them as they are part of our terms and  conditions. 

If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows; 

∙ 30 or more days prior to arrival – 50% refund 

∙ 14 days or less before arrival – 100% cancellation fees 

∙ NO SHOWS attract a 100% cancellation fee. 

Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to  applicable clients at the time of booking.  

All cancellations must be made in writing and made by the person who submitted the booking.
